Hey! I'm Marcos. I'm a software engineer with over 10 years of experience building things for the web. These days I spend most of my time working with AI and leading engineering teams.
I'm currently leading teams building an agent platform for financial and professional services. Before that, I built AI tools to help real estate agents work smarter.
Over the years I've worked across the full stack -- front-end, back-end, DevOps, mobile apps, ERP systems -- you name it. I've been a tech lead, a co-founder, and even a professor teaching AI to developers. I like wearing different hats.
